Objectives of the lesson :

When you accept the call, the call log records your departure to the scene.
When you press “ON SCENE”, the call log records your arrival at the place of intervention.

Report your arrival at the place of intervention -> Press “ON SCENE” and the confirmation window will appear.
Tap “CONFIRM” in the next confirmation window and the Towsoft system will record your GPS coordinates to link them to the status change.
Indicate your departure to the place of delivery -> Press “UNDER TOW” and the confirmation window below will appear.
Make sure you complete your obligations before confirming if there are any. These have been configured by your TowSoft system administrator so that you cannot confirm if the obligations are not met.
Tap “CONFIRM” in the confirmation window and the Towsoft system will record your GPS coordinates to link them to the change of status.
Report your arrival at the drop off location -> Press “AT DESTINATION” and the confirmation window will appear.
Tap “CONFIRM” in the next confirmation window and the Towsoft system will record your GPS coordinates to link them to the status change.
Finish the call -> Press “CLEAR” and the confirmation window below will appear.
Tap “CONFIRM” in the next confirmation window and the Towsoft system will record your GPS coordinates to link them to the status change.
When your call is complete, it will be listed under your completed calls in the dashboard, and then disappear from there the next day.
