In this lesson, we show you how to add notes to a call in the TS4 mobile app.

Objectives of the lesson :

  • Be able to add notes to a call, to properly document it and relay the information to the dispatch/admin.

HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “NOTES” button. The window below will appear.

 

 

 

HOW TO LINK A NOTE TO THE CALL


 

 

Write a note -> Tap in the “Enter a message” field, then tap the right arrow to send.

The notes you take there will be kept in the history of the call inside the system.

 

 

[IMPORTANT]: Take note that the dispatch who sent you this call will instantly see the notes you leave there and they can also respond to you. Hence, this can also be used as a chat, with your dispatch, related with the current call.
