Actions Menu; Selling Parts, in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we show you how to sell parts during a call in the TS4 mobile app.

  • Be able to properly detail and invoice parts sales made during your calls.

HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 

 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “PARTS SALES” button and the window below will appear. If you don’t see it, it is because you administrator decided not to enable it.

 

 

HOW TO LINK A PICTURE TO THE CALL


 

Enter the item Code -> Enter three subsequent characters of the item code or name you wish to add and a drop-down list of the items that are configured in your system will appear. Choose the part in question and the Name and Price fields should be detailed automatically according to the how the item was configured.

 

 

 

Select the number of parts (quantity) sold -> Indicate the quantity sold.

Confirm -> Press “CONFIRM” at the bottom of the window and this will add the part(s) to the invoice for the call.


Press on Enter when you're done typing to start the search
