Actions Menu; Send Documents, in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we show you how to send documents (invoices, delivery slips or others) in the TS4 mobile app.

Objectives of the lesson :

  • Be able to send supporting documents to the parties concerned by the call.

HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 

 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “SEND” button. The window below will appear.

 

 

HOW TO LINK A DOCUMENT TO THE CALL


 

 

Enter the recipients -> In the “Send to” field, enter the email(s) of the people to whom you want to send the documents.

Select the document type -> In the field directly below, choose from the drop-down list of documents configured in your TowSoft system, the one you wish to send. Only one type of document can be sent at a time.

Add photos -> If you have photos related to the call, you can check the circle to their right, in this window, and that will attach them with the document.

 

Press “CONFIRM” to send everything.


Press on Enter when you're done typing to start the search
