Actions Menu; Changing Driver, in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we show you how to change the driver for an ongoing call in the TS4 mobile application.

Objectives of the lesson :

  • Be able to change the driver on a call in order to dispatch it to someone else.



Lesson Content

First of all, the ability to change the driver for an ongoing call is configurable. This means that if your system administrator does not want to activate this option, you will not see it in the actions menu.

 

HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 


 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “SWITCH DRIVER” button. The window below will appear.

 

 

HOW TO CHANGE THE DRIVER FOR AN ONGOING CALL


 

 

 

 

Choose driver > From the choices of available drivers in the drop-down list, select the one you want to send the call to. Make sure you have validated your colleague’s availability before proceeding.

 

Then do “CONFIRM” and the call will be transferred to the ongoing calls of the chosen driver.
