WHICH ONE IS THE BREAK BUTTON?

HOW TO LOG YOUR BREAKS IN TS4

Take break -> Press the break button and the window below will appear.

If your break is associated with a task, select it from the drop-down list of tasks that are active in the system.

If your dispatch/administrator requires that you justify the reason for your breaks, complete the field below. This field can be filled by default depending on the choses option..

Enter the tow truck mileage in the odometer field.

The “Exclude from call duration” box is checked by default, but you can uncheck it if the break should be part of it.

Press “CONFIRM” to record your break in the system.

Resume call -> When you come back from your break, press “RESUME CALL”, within the same action menu.

• indicate the mileage on the odometer
• If it was a task-related break, you will also see the “Mark task as complete” box. Uncheck it if the task in question has not been completed.

Press “CONFIRM” to record the end of your break in the system.
