Actions Menu; Taking Pictures, in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we show you how to take pictures of your calls in the TS4 mobile app.

Objectives of the lesson :

  • Be able to properly document your calls with the help of pictures.

HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 

 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “PICTURE” button. The window below will appear.

 

 

HOW TO LINK A PICTURE TO THE CALL


 

 

 

 

Choose picture -> This option allows you to upload a picture that is already saved in your phone’s internal memory.

Take picture (recommended) -> This option takes you directly to your camera, from where you can take the picture and confirm it by pressing “OK”.

You will then see the picture(s) taken in the “Add Picture” window. This confirms that they are saved in the TowSoft system. 

 

 

 

Delete a picture -> If you do not want to keep this picture for the call, you can delete it by pressing the “X” at the top right corner of it.

 

[IMPORTANT]: If you are experiencing any issue when taking or uploading pictures from TS4, make sure you have given the app the required access in the app settings :

On iPhone -> Access to camera + access to all photos
On Android -> Access to camera + access to all photos and media
