HOW TO ACCESS IT?


 

When you are in the call card, in the actions menu, press the “IMPOUND VECHILE” button. Depending on what has been configured by your administrator, the window below should appear. In other system configurations, the call could also be completed immediately after you tap this button.

 

 

 

HOW TO IMPOUND A VEHICLE


 

 

Choose the impound type -> Some of you may be doing different types of impoudments ex. 2nd tows, private yars, police) and in that case, you will have to pick from the options.

Choose the impound -> Select, among the choices in the drop-down menu, at which impound you left the vehicle. These options have been configured by your system administrator.

Choose the reason -> Select, among the choices in the drop-down menu, for what reason the vehicle was locked. These options have been configured by your system administrator.

Enter the location of the vehicle -> Impounds owners often have mapped and identified the different locations on their lot. If this is the case, enter the location of the vehicle (e.g. sector 5, P3) in this field.

 

Press “CONFIRM” after verifying your information and then you will see that the call is complete. If you return to view it in your completed calls, the “IMPOUND VEHICLE” button will be highlighted in yellow in the actions menu, meaning that there’s nothing you can do.
