Call Card; Client Tab in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we give you an overview of the client tab in the call card.

WHERE IS THE CLIENT TAB IN THE CALL CARD?


 

You are in this tab when the icon of a booklet containing a person is highlighted in the call card.

CLIENT AND CUSTOMER DETAILS

 

Customer status -> With account or without support account. If the customer doesn’t have an account, you won’t see any additional detail.

Name of the client account/insurer -> Below the status, you will find the name of the client account/insurer.

Account phone number -> The number that appears under the name of the account.

Responsible -> Person responsible for this call at the client company.

 

 

ASSISTED CUSTOMER

 

Contains the details of the person in need of your service.

 

 

FAVORITE DROP OFF LOCATION (OPTIONAL)

 

If the account/insurer has a preferred vehicle drop off location, you will find additional details related to this place in this section as well, below the customer details.

 

 

 

POSSIBLE ACTIONS IN THE CLIENT TAB OF THE CALL CARD


 

Edit client account details → Tap in this section and a green block with the pencil icon will pop out from the right of the window.

Then press this block and you will arrive in the edit window.

 

 

Edit Client Details

 

 

  • From this window, you can modify the client account/insurer for the call. Note that you will only need to make a change in case the call was created without an account and the clients then tell you that they have one. You can therefore add it in this specific case. Otherwise, the account determined by your dispatch should not be changed.
  • Press “Confirm” to save the changes.

 

Edit customer details → Tap in the section where the customer details are located and the procedure is the same as the one mentioned above (green block).

  • From this window, you can manually modify all of the customer’s details.
  • Press “Confirm” to save the changes.


Press on Enter when you're done typing to start the search
