AT LAST, NEW RINGTONES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TS4!

Our new mobile application having been launched in March 2021, we had to prioritize some improvements before making new ringtones available, but as the requests from our customers accumulated in order to be able to choose from different ringtones, we finally added this possibility since the version upgrade to 1.211.

WHERE YOU CAN CHANGE THE TS4 RINGTONE FOR THE COMPANY

By clicking on “Companies and options”, under the section “Settings” in the left menu of the desktop version of TowSoft, you will be taken to the screen below that you are probably already familiar with.

To the right of the table, among the different buttons, find the first button at the top “General options”. Click on it to have access to different options, including the choice of ringtone for TS4.

Choose from 4 ringtone options (…more could be added in the future), then click “Modify options”.

Default → Basic “TowSoft” ringtone, with male voice, which is used on a new installation of TowSoft.
TowSoft → Same ringtone as the first one, but we wanted to add it more precisely, since the “Default” option does not indicate what the ringtone sounds like.
Ringtone 2X → Sound you can hear here, that will ring 2 times.
Ringtone 4X → Same sound as specified above, but that will ring 4 times.

N.B.: In order for the ringtone change to take effect on TS4 immediately, users will have to disconnect, empty their cache memory, then log back in the application. Otherwise, it may take up to a few hours.
