WHERE TO CHANGE THE RINGTONE FOR TS4?

If you have been using TS4 for a while, you must have already noticed that you have access to a few settings which allow you to customize your experience in using the application.

Click in the upper right corner of the application, where your name initials or your profile picture are displayed:

Then click, at the bottom, on “Modify my preferences”.

Then, on the button “TS4 Ringtone Choice”.

Lastly, choose the ringtone you want to use from the options, then press “Confirm” at the bottom.

Default → Basic “TowSoft” ringtone, with male voice, which is used on a new installation of TowSoft.
TowSoft → Same ringtone as the first one, but we wanted to add it more precisely, since the “Default” option does not indicate what the ringtone sounds like.
Ringtone 2X → Sound you can hear here, that will ring 2 times.
Ringtone 4X → Same sound as specified above, but that will ring 4 times.

N.B.: In order for the ringtone change to take effect on TS4 immediately, users will have to disconnect, empty their cache memory, then log back in the application. Otherwise, it may take up to a few hours.
