The services you make available for quick calls in the TS4 mobile app will be displayed to all app users at the following location :
Here is the procedure for managing the services displayed in the menu.
In the menu on the left of the TowSoft backoffice, go to the option “Service codes”, under the “Settings”.
Once in the Services window, you will find that there is a gray button to the right of the screen that says “Quick Call Services”. Click on it. The following window will appear.
In the “Add an additional service code” field, insert the first few characters of the name of the service you want to add and it should appear among the suggestions in the drop-down menu.
Click on the service to add, then click on the “+” to the right to confirm the addition.
If you want to remove a service, you can click on the red “X” to the left of the services that are available to remove it from quick calls.
Close the window with the “Close” button or the “X” at the top right corner of it and the service will now be one of the selectable options when creating a quick call.
