KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE…

As you can see, the TowSoft development team designed the dashboard of the TS4 mobile app with one thing in mind: keeping things simple.

If you are an experienced tow truck operator, there are several terms that you will be already familiar with, but if not, here is a complete overview of what you will find on this screen.

THE TS4 DASHBOARD (DRIVER VIEW)

Menu

In the upper left corner of your smartphone screen, to the left of the TowSoft logo, you will find an icon allowing you, at any time, to display the sliding administrative menu. It is in this menu that you can perform actions of a more administrative nature (type “Overview of the administrative menu” in the search bar to better understand it).

Messaging

The first of the 3 buttons located in the upper right corner is an access to your messaging system. As a dispatch or administrator, you will be able to keep the communication open with everyone from your team inside TowSoft, thanks to its messenger feature. The number in the red circle on this button indicates the number of messages that you have not yet seen..

Notifications

The second of the 3 buttons at the top right corner represents your notifications. The type of notifications you receive having been configured beforehand by the administrator, you will see here everything you need to be informed about.

User Preferences

The third of the 3 buttons in the upper right corner, the one with your initials inside, represents your preferences. From there, you can change your availability status (on duty, standby, or off duty) and other options related to your usage preferences within the app.

Scheduled calls

Represents the number of calls to be executed at a later date than the current day and that have already been dispatched to you by your dispatcher. Trucks and, if applicable, trailers to be used for these calls have been reserved.

Operator Standby

Represents the number of calls that have been dispatched to you for the current day, but that you have not yet accepted.

Ongoing

Represents the total number of calls that you are involved in at the moment.

Represents the calls that you have completed during the current day.
