Objectives of the lesson :
Accessible by pressing “Completed” from the dashboard.
In the dashboard (above), the figure shown is the number of calls you have completed during the current day.
In your list of completed calls (below), you will have a compact and filterable view according to specific time ranges. This will provide you with a history of your completed calls in case you need it for verification purposes.
Filter by date → At the top of the window, you have the option to choose time ranges for which you want to display your completed calls. You will be able to go all the way back to the calls completed during the prior month.
Navigate in the map → By putting your two fingers in the map and moving them apart, you will be able to zoom. Move them outside-in to zoom out.
Consulting a call → In the block associated to the call, press the green button, displaying “GO”, located at the bottom. From there, you will be able to consult several details related to the completed call and add some supporting documents (signatures, photos, etc.) if needed.
Have the details of the call read to you → In the block associated to the call, press the yellow button located in the lower right corner. An automated reading of the call details will be performed.
