List of Ongoing Calls in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we go over the list of ongoing calls and the actions that are possible from this window.

Objectives of the lesson :

  • Understand how call appear in the ongoing calls list and what actions are possible from there.



Lesson Content

Accessible by pressing “Ongoing” from the dashboard.

 

 

You will find in this window a compact view of the calls that you have accepted and which are still in progress.

 

 

 

POSSIBLE ACTIONS


 

Navigate in the map → By putting your two fingers in the map and moving them apart, you will be able to zoom. Move them outside-in to zoom out. 

Check the call card → In the block associated with the call, press the button mentioning “Consult” at the bottom and this will open the call card with all the details.  To fully understand the call card, please go over the “Call Card in the TS4 Mobile App” training.

 

 

Have the details of the call read to you → In the block associated to the call, press the yellow button located in the lower right corner. An automated reading of the call details will be performed.
