List of Scheduled Calls in the TS4 Mobile App

In this lesson, we go over the list of scheduled calls and actions that are possible in this window.

Lesson Content

Accessible by pressing “Scheduled calls” from the dashboard.

 

 

 

In this window, you will find a compact view of the calls that are scheduled for a date that’s later than the current day. They can also be called future calls, depending on the language settings in which your TowSoft system is configured.

 

Trucks and, if applicable, trailers to be used for these calls may have been reserved.

 

 

 

 

 

POSSIBLE ACTIONS

 

Change view → In the upper right corner of the window, you can have a view for the team’s ongoing calls or a view for your own calls that you are currently on (if you are also an operator.

 

Filter by date → At the top of the window, you have the option to choose time ranges for which you want to filter the scheduled calls.

 

Navigate in the map → By putting your two fingers in the map and moving them apart, you will be able to zoom. Move them outside-in to zoom out.

 

Dispatch or modify the dispatch of a scheduled call → In the block associated to the call, press the green button at the bottom. You will be able to dispatch  it in the future or, if it is already dispatched, modify the date, the driver to whom you wish to dispatch, the tow truck and / or the trailer to be used and insert remarks, then confirm.

 

Have the details of the call read to you → In the block associated to the call, press the yellow button located in the lower right corner. An automated reading of the call details will be performed.
