Objectives of the lesson :
First, note that you will always get a notification (visual and audible) when a call is dispatched to you.
If you do not have your phone in your hands when the call comes in, you will still be able to see it in your notifications on your dashboard.
The calls dispatched to you can either appear in your list of scheduled calls (future calls), if they are for a later day, or in your list of “Operator standby” calls, waiting for you to accept them, if they are for the current day.
It is from the “List of operator standby calls” window or from the notification that you will be able to accept a call.
In both cases, you must press GO to enter the call acceptance window below, named “Driver start position”.
Obligations related to the call (optional) -> These have been configured by your system administrator or they can also be requested by the client-account/roadside assistance provider.
Tow truck odometer (optional) -> Indicate the mileage of your tow truck when starting the call.
Tow Truck -> Select the tow truck you are going to use for the call.
When you have read the obligations and adjusted the other fields, press “CONFIRM” to accept the call. At this moment, the system records that you are on your way to the scene and it will bring you to the call card, from where you will be able to go through the next steps.
To learn more about the call card or the action menu, please enter these topics in the search bar at the top of this page.
