Objectives of the lesson :
If you want to understand everything you can find in the call info tab of the call card, this lesson is for you.
You are in this tab when the icon of a circle containing the letter “i” is highlighted.
General Details
This section appears at the top of the call card regardless of which tab you are in.
Account information -> Account logo (optional, according to how client is configured), name and number of the authorization number..
Call number -> In the upper right corner, you will find the call number.
Elapsed time -> The time indicator under the call number represents the time elapsed since the call was accepted (driver pressed GO on the dispatched call) .
Type of the intervention -> The first thing you see in the intervention tab, written in larger size.
Service name (optional, according to how calls are configured) -> Exact name of the service to be performed, as configured by your system administrator.
Cause (optional, according to how calls are configured) -> Reason why the intervention is required.
Coverage (optional, according to how client is configured) -> Maximum amount paid by the account/insurer for this intervention. If the costs relating to your call exceed this amount, they must be paid in addition, in a second invoice, by the beneficiary of the service on the road.
Notes and Location Details
Additional information (yellow box, optional) → Details provided by the client account (if any).
Location icon in green → Location (address) of the intervention/scene.
Location icon in red → Place (address) of vehicle drop off.
Call Logs (optional, according to how calls are configured) → Details on the call advancement steps. Distance & duration.
Warning! (gray box, optional) → Notes added by the dispatch when creating the call which they want to inform you about.
Edit intervention details → Tap in the intervention details section and a green block with the pencil icon will pop out from the right of the window.
Then press this button and you will be lead to the editing window.
Modify or consult the addresses → Tap in the section where the addresses appear and the procedure is the same as mentioned above (green block).
